The region management has preferred vessels to leave people from the flooded region with the help of public protection and security systems.
Bakshi said that 14 relief summer campement had been set up to provide the eliminated people.
Health regulators in the Garo Hills Few days said safety precautions needed to be taken to prevent an affect once the overflow water receded.
"We are apprehending that many water-borne diseases might break out in the flood-hit locations once the water-level starts greater," Fitzgibbons J.M. Sangma, the area medical primary of European Garo Hills, advised IANS.
